Myla Kumar is a young competitive golfer who is soaking it all in. She started competing in 2019 at the age of 7. This lefty splits her time between golf and tennis and aspires to be a dual sport collegiate athlete. In her first tournament series, she won the JGA Division C Championship which further motivated her to continue her competition experience over the past year.

Myla loves to putt and really enjoys putting her driver to the test. She prides herself in playing up to her competition, learning and playing with more tenured golfers as she continues to polish her game. 

Her favorite golfers are Tiger Woods and her fellow lefty Phil Mickelson. Her goals for the 2021 season are to not worry so much about accolades, but to continue growing her game. But she does admit that hopefully there are some nice awards along the way!
