Terry Fitzpatrick has been coaching and instructing in Minor Hockey for over a decade with what he says himself "very fortunate to have many successes thus far".He has worked with multiple well named organizations within Canada and currently owns and operates Train First Hockey School which was launched just over a year ago. The company philosophy "moulding young minds not just hockey players" is a passion of his. Developing children, creating a positive environment and maintaining discipline on and off the ice are primary focuses at all times. Currently he is the Head Coach of the 2011 Markham Majors AAA and well as an Assistant Coach with the 2009 Markham Islanders AA.
