Always the hardest working player on the ice, Adam Cavalin plays with a mixture of intelligence and passion that results in a truly unique playstyle. Cavalin is a versatile player, able to be plugged in anywhere on the ice and excel. Cavalin has a great hockey sense, staying composed under pressure and can make the difficult play. Cavalin is a cerebral player, looking for the weak spot presented to him from the defence and does not hesitate to take advantage of it. Always the first on the puck, ready to make the next play, Cavalin knows what he has to do to leave victorious. Cavalin is a strong two-way forward, able to fight in the lane and jockey for the puck along the boards. Cavalin excels at making the extra pass to generate easy scoring chances. Not afraid to fight in the corners or in front of the net, Cavalin does the dirty work in order to make his team better every shift. Cavalin understands the game well and knows exactly where he needs to be and how to be effective while on the ice. While he makes the unsung plays that don’t always show up on the scoreboard, Cavalin has solid skills and has no problem making use of them. With solid hands and a knack for picking tough angles past goaltenders, Cavalin has a stellar offensive game. With Cavalin’s play style it is clear he knows how to win, and understands the game of hockey at a high level. As he continues to evolve his game, Cavalin will become increasingly more valuable to whatever team he plays for, and will become even more dangerous as a producer on the offensive end.
