With hockey travel getting back to pre covid conditions, we’ve made this list to ensure you choose the right tournaments for your team. Usually, coaches and managers are volunteers for their teams and planning a 3-day trip for 17 families can be stressful. - COMPETITION: The most important feature is top competition. If you're travelling for multiple days, make sure it's against teams at the same level as you from all across North America. A good place to start is tournaments close to the border, this allows teams from both Canada and USA to be in attendance.
- VENUES & HOTELS: The second most important feature is the venues and hotels. Playing in renowned venues and staying in top hotels is very key for your team's experience. Tournaments should have a good mix of hotels at different price points to allow all teams in attendance to be a fit for them.
