NHL player Jash Galvin is a defender every team should be keeping close tabs on. Josh is an exciting left shot defender who is constantly evolving and getting better day by day as he is dedicated to his craft. Known as a two way defender with size and a bit of an edge, Josh is feared by opponents with and without the puck. When he has the puck he distributes it well to teammates creating clean crisp breakouts and in the offensive zone dangerous scoring opportunities. He has a booming shot that he uses to get dirty bounces and keeps low to be tipped and create rebounds. Without the puck he is a physical presence that no one feels comfortable being in a battle against. He is very reliable in his own zone and has a high hockey IQ which allows him to watch plays develop and get into shooting and passing lanes to defuse the play. Josh skates very well for a defender of his size and this allows him to lead breakouts but also defend rushes and skate backwards at the same speed most can forward to break up odd man rushes. Josh has very few holes in his game and what he may lack in raw natural talent he more than makes up for in attitude and work ethic being the first one on the ice and last off. Josh is always considered a leader because he is always setting the right example on and off the ice. Josh Galvin is a name every team has to keep close tabs on and has the dedication and talent to be an impact defender at the next level.
