Nathan Omeri is a very good defender in all three zones with a special touch in the offensive zone. Nathan, a very hardworking defender, has become one of the most complete players in his age group. In the offensive zone Nathan knows what to do with the puck. He has a great shot that's hard and accurate from the blue line, while also possessing great vision and playmaking ability to find and feed an open teammate for easy goals. He has great hands and can get around opponents with the puck with ease. In transition Nathan makes a strong first pass and is poised with the puck with the ability to lead the rush if he doesn’t see a clean passing lane. In his own zone Nathan is strong, he wins one on one battles and comes out with the puck more often than not. He doesn’t turn it over and gets it out under pressure. With the puck in his own zone he is poised and never seems to rush a play. Nathan has the ability to play both the powerplay and penalty kill effectively. Nathan is looking to add another level of speed to his game and when he does Nathan Omeri will be a top tier defender at the next level.
