A prospect with endless potential, Carey Terrance is rapidly flying up draft boards as the 2021 OHL Entry Draft grows ever closer. Terrance has elite level talent for the 05’ age group, able to outwork, out-skate, and out-score virtually anyone he goes up against. With first-round talent Terrance is one of the most well developed players in the draft. Terrance’s top tier athleticism may be what sets him apart from the crowd as his skating and speed is off the charts. Terrance is able to fly around the ice leaving any opposing players in his dust. Terrance is able to manipulate defences into doing his bidding before capitalizing on the easy scoring opportunities directly generated by his phenomenal skating and positioning ability. With defences already clambering to keep up with the speedy centreman, Terrance leaves no-doubt when attacking the net. Terrance has a fantastic goal scoring resume, able to shoot the puck with incredible effectiveness. With a strong wrister, Terrance leaves no room for error on a goaltenders end, able to exploit their weaknesses early and often into games. Terrance is unrelenting when he is on the ice, a high-end motor that just will not quit. With Terrance’s mixture of skill, natural athletic ability, and the mindset to put these assets to use, it is clear that Carey Terrance will be a name we will likely become very familiar with in the near future.
