Serving as one of the top goalies at the OHL cup, Carter Frost was a big part of the finals appearance by JRC. Seeing himself as a bit of a Price/Vasilevskiy hybrid, Frost’s game is built off of his composure and athleticism. Frost is also known for his confidence in his puck playing ability, a strength that he routinely takes advantage of, turning offense into defense. In the room, Frost is described as a very fun guy who likes to bring a positive energy everywhere he goes. Frost loves to have a good time with his teammates and his positive energy really helps boost the morale of the team. Frost is excited for the 2022 OHL draft and feels honoured to be considered for it. Frost feels that he is ready to make the jump and has been working hard on his communication during the offseason to be the very best teammate he can be. Frost has been aiming for the OHL his entire life and is happy that his hard work is finally paying off. As is with most goalies, Frost will likely take a season or two of development, where he could then step in as a great goalie for his team, potentially pushing himself towards being a starting OHL goaltender for the future to come.
