Charlie Paquette is an overall great player. Paquette is explosive on the ice and carries a lot of skill with him. Charlie is a very levelled player; he excels in all zones and can do everything really well. Charlie has a strong vision that allows him to see the ice completely. Paquette is a very offensive forward that also is talented in the defensive zone, he can skate and shoot effectively. Charlie also has great puck skills so he is easily able to transition that skill and take advantage of his large body to effectively protect the puck. Paquette was one of the top scorers among the league last year. Charlie is a strong character and a great teammate; he is prepared to work hard and always keeps a positive attitude. Paquette, like many other players in his age group, is working hard to gain strength and increase his footspeed. While his skating is good, if he is able to increase his footspeed he may be able to become faster and take his game to the next level. Charlie is putting in a lot of time and dedication in order to enhance his talent and if he continues, he is likely to be a strong player in the OHL.
