A high end defenseman in the age group, Gavin Yin brings an extremely reliable style with him. Yin, who finds his comparable in someone like Cale Makar, is a natural speedster, and is known for making beautiful passes and creating offense. Defensively, Yin is also rock solid, being a very calm, well positioned player who sees the ice extremely well. Yin is a very honest young player, and is known to be really enthusiastic about everything he does, as well as very assertive and energetic. This is the type of personality any team would want in the room. Yin’s next big outing is quickly approaching, as he is expected to be a key member of Team Canada Red at the PSI All-Star Challenge this coming July. With his amazing play landing him a spot, it will be very exciting to see Yin back in action.
