This is aided by van Volsen’s ability to shoot, as he is easily the best pure goal scorer in the draft, seen by his impressive 46 goal, 110 point season. Van Volsen’s playstyle will definitely be one that many OHL teams will be attracted to, where he could very likely develop into a top 6, two way player, that his team can throw on the ice for a penalty kill or power play.
