Brady Hamlin is a stay-at-home defenceman with exceptional offensive talent and a strong shot. Hamlin is a threatening two-way player who is not afraid to dig deep and play the corners. After spending his first 3.5 years of AAA hockey as a forward, Brady decided to make the switch to play the blue line based on his vision and knowledge that he brings to the game. His ability to make smart plays and crisp first passes out of the zone allow him to move the puck really well. Hamlin shows good speed with strong edge-work and pivots so that he can keep pace. Although he could improve on his play away from the puck, Brady is enthusiastic and dedicated to the game and he takes pride in criticism and his experiences. Over the years, he has worked hard and built a solid foundation that should translate well to the next level. Brady Hamlin is a player to watch out for in the upcoming draft.
