Yet again another versatile player, left shooting Brayden D’Innocenzo is capable of shifting around amongst the forward positions. D’Innocenzo loves to model his game off of Zach Hyman, and won’t hesitate to go into the dirtier areas like the corners or net front to battle for the puck or position. D’Innocenzo has a very hard shot, and is currently working hard on the accuracy of it. D’Innocenzo also has very quick feet, and is working on maximizing his stride. D’Innocenzo had an incredible work ethic and compete level, and is a natural leader, who is very vocal on and off the ice. With his OHL draft year coming up in 2022, D’Innocenzo could really benefit from working on his skills even further, making him a proper power forward/grinder, who can help give his team the edge. His leadership ability is also huge in how teams will look at him, and could seriously help in upping his draft stock. While it is way too soon to tell where D’Innocenzo could rank in the draft, he could draw the peering eye of many scouts and teams as it looms closer, where he could continue to play to a similar style that he already is and continue to dominate the opposition. Only time will tell for D’Innocenzo, but the future is looking very bright for him.
