Cole Beaudoin is described as an elite player for his age group, and is seen as a potentially high ranking draft pick for the 2022 OHL draft. Similar to Brady Tkachuk, as he is big, strong, fast and extremely physical. Beaudoin is an extremely scary opponent to face in a physical matchup. He is a true power forward, and is willing to dig in the corners and as mentioned, is physically dominant. However, he also packs a solid two way game as a centreman, and is the hardest worker any time he steps on the ice. Beaudoin also has an elite level shot for his age, and is capable of both scoring, and creating his own opportunities on rebounds. He is extremely easy to coach, and very well liked by the team staff and players alike. He is also extremely dedicated to his craft, and is willing to do whatever it takes to continue improving on his game. Next season, Beaudoin is expected to dominate the U18 league, which will draw many peering eyes from OHL scouts. Beaudoin could develop into a centreman, but he could also end up moving over to the wing as well, as his power forward style of play could really shine if he moved over. This is a player every scout should have their eyes one, because he may end up going high, and if he falls to a team, it could be absolutely crazy to pass up on the opportunity.
