Gabriel Fraska, seen as one of the top centers in the GTHL and of his age group, is known as a "clutch, do it all center". Gabriel, who centers the top line in the GTHL and arguably Ontario, plays a wonderful 200 foot game and is a very complete player for being just 14 years old. He has a very accurate shot that he loves to use when he has an opening to shoot and he is also a great playmaker and passes to set up his line-mates for easy goals. Fraska has built up a reputation throughout his league for being very clutch, when his teams down a goal or tied late in a game you can bet he will be on the ice as he is known to take over under pressure and win games for his team. Fraska’s hands are fantastic and he uses them to generate space within the offensive zone as well as in the defensive zone to clear the puck. In the defensive zone, his positioning is great, he breaks up developing plays early and forces opponents to the outside. He utilizes his stick checking ability and often uses that to steal the puck when defending one on one situations. Fraska’s conditioning is tremendous, seemingly never tired and always ready to get back on the ice. He will continue to grow as a player with more experience at center as this will help his offensive positioning and faceoffs. He will likely keep growing and filing into his body which will only help him continue dominating. Gabriel Fraska has alot of potential and the OHL is just the next step for him.
