Despite his small stature, left shooting center and winger, Liam Storch, is certainly no pushover. Despite only standing at around 5’1, Storch is tough, and he has also displayed many other skills that could help him progress. Storch thinks on a more mature level and he is capable of speeding up or slowing down a game. His skating is pretty good, but it can always use work, same as his shot, which is a bit on the weaker side, but is very accurate. Storch isn’t a goal scorer, he’s a true play making player who can chip in with goals every once in a while. Storch has a wide interest range, however hockey is his go to sport. He is also pretty smart academically as well. Storch is a well liked member of the dressing room, serving as one of the team's assistant captains, an honor that he received via a team vote. He knows when to joke with a teammate or when to be more serious, he will ask if something is wrong and is very selfless. You give him the puck and you can be sure that he will set you up for a scoring chance later. Storch has all the signs of a natural leader, but if he ever wants to take his talents to the next level, he will have to grow. Most teams tend to skip out on smaller players, and though Storch has the skills, he doesn’t have the size. However, if he grows, you can be sure that Storch will be on many radars as the draft looms ever so closer.
