Karmiris is super passionate about the game of hockey, and is constantly looking for new ways to help him become elite, even going as far as doing his own research on opposing players to best be ready to match them. Karmiris has the ability to make everyone around him better through his elite hockey IQ and amazing playmaking ability. Karmiris has amazing on ice vision, and uses this to take advantage of mistakes, something he is constantly doing. Karmiris also used his high octane skill set previously, as he was playing up a year with the ‘05s last season, where he displayed high hockey senses as well, making him a lethal 200 foot player. Karmiris continues to utilize his skills, and is more than capable of burying goals as well, making him a true dual threat on the ice. Karmiris is so good that he has even appeared in an OJHL game with the Brantford 99ers. Karmiris is encouraged to continue adding strength during his off ice workouts, which would allow him to become even more dominant in all scenarios. Karmiris is also working to become even more of a student of the game. At the OHL level, Karmiris could easily slot into a top 6 group, and could even step into the OHL right from draft day, where he would be best utilized up the middle, feeding his teammates and making the odd snipe as well. Karmiris has the ceiling to be a star in the OHL, so expect him to go somewhere in the first round. The future is really bright for this young centreman.
