Donning #4 for her GHL club, the Scarborough Sharks, right shooting winger, Mekenzie Thompsett, is a serious scoring threat. Throughout her young career in hockey, Thompsett has been consistent in the scoring department, averaging over 30 goals a season. On top of this, Thompsett has posted tremendous numbers in the span of a 56 game season, where she put up an astounding 87 goals and 107 points. Thompsett has proved her worth as a top goal scorer, however she also brings a very solid 2 way game to the table, as well as a strong passing ability. This only adds to the list of talents for this player, who is capable of reading the play very well. As she continues forward with hockey, Thompsett can look to stay on pace with what she is currently doing. Continuously work on her skills and improve with every passing day, where she can continue to dominate in the leagues, and most likely continue to cement herself as a danger, goal scoring forward, who can change things up from time to time. Wherever she ends up, with a skill set like this, the team would love to have Thompsett amongst their ranks. Only time will tell, however the future is looking bright.
