Right shooting defenseman, Nathan Agostinis, is the resident Canadian on the Little Caesars roster, being part Canadian, part American. Agostinis is described as a great defenseman, who is a very strong skater and has a good shot. Compared to other 14-year-olds in the league, Agostinis’ shot looks like a professional-grade shot, that is how good it is. He is known for having a great first pass and is said to be a really good kid. Being the type of defender he is, with a good shot, good passer and strong skating, Agostinis could turn into a solid little blueliner who can jump into the rush, while also being relied upon in his own zone to make that ever so important breakout pass. Another bonus for being on the blue line for him is that shot, as he will be able to rip big shots from the blue line all night long. If Agostinis continues to work on his skills, he is definitely a defenseman that quite a few OHL teams could take a page on, and possibly give him a shot on the power play.
