Nathan Marincola is one of the lesser-known players coming into the draft, but that doesn’t mean he should be ignored. Marincola, while small, is a very strong forward with upside all around the ice. He has an excellent 200-foot game, as well as the great vision of the ice to go along with it. He has good versatility and is a player with a great IQ, and can make decisions with the puck at high speeds. These are all excellent skills to have moving forward, and could really help Marincola develop into a decent little two-way forward for a team if they decide to take a page out on him. This coming season is very important, as Marincola could look to fine-tune his game a bit more, and if he grows more, he could really up his draft stock and possibly get himself into a mid-round area pick.
