Tyson Durand is a very hard-working goalie. Tyson has developed into a solid and reliable goaltender for his team. Durand does a lot of good things, he has strong positioning, puck handling, and mentality, he also is a good student and excels academically. He is very level-headed which allows him to control his emotions and not let them have an effect on his playing. Tyson has been working daily to improve his flexibility and edge work, he always pushes to complete his goalie-specific drills to the best of his ability. Durand’s capacity for endurance provides his team with confidence which allows them to play better overall. Tyson is focused on making his team better rather than just trying to make himself look better and as a selfless teammate, hopefully he will see a future in the OHL.
