Rogan Boshold has played AAA hockey for the majority of his minor hockey career. Ever since the age of 6, Boshold has played in AAA programs in multiple provinces, including the Manitoba Lightning and the Sunset Country Razorbacks in Northwest Ontario. After moving to Central Ontario, he was immediately picked up by both the Elite Hamilton PPH Platinum Team, and the North Bay based PEP Gold Team. Boshold is now playing with the newly formed Muskoka Lumberjacks, where he looks to continue his growth with a relatively new program looking to make an impact and will lead them as their captain. Boshold’s tenacity as a centreman allows him to use his speed to his advantage and be aggressive without taking bad penalties. He is constantly training, and this is a big reason for his outstanding edge-work at such a young age. Boshold is able to train this way by taking advantage of multiple training group and facilities such as Power Edge Pro and STP Hockey. Power Edge Pro has trained countless NHL players with many notable centreman training in the program (examples include Connor McDavid, John Tavares, and Quinton Byfield), along with training pro and junior teams as a whole. Rogan also does power skating with The Science of Skating to improve on his already strong assets. As Boshold grows and improves his game, there should be many eyes on him when he gets closer to the OHL draft in a few years.
