Willem Walker is a strong two-way defender. He is an elite skater demonstrating a swift and fluid stride and good edge control. Walker has a great first pass out of the zone and loves to use his speed and agility to join the rush. He also takes advantage of his skating and stick while in his own zone to gain possession of the puck. Walker is also extremely coachable and willing to put in the work it takes. He is working hard to improve on his physical strength and with that will come a more powerful shot. As long as Willem continues in his ambitious efforts he should be able to compete at the next level.
