Karol Thibodeau is a resident of a small town in eastern Ontario named Wendover. He played is minor hockey with the Eastern Ontario Cobras Association AA. Karol started to play in the Jr B league at the age of 15 years old. He played with the Athens Aeros Jr B, with the Kingston Voyageurs Jr A and the Mustangs Gatineau Jr B. Karol started coaching 5 years ago when his son decided to play hockey. He coached IP, Novice and this past season he was the head coach for the Eastern Ontario Cobras Assiciation U 10 Team. The team finished the season second overall and won their only tournament. Karol is always finding ways to innovate and taking some specific themed courses to elevate his coaching skills. Outside the regular season, Karol also organized on ice hockey camp during the year to help develop players further. Karol philosophy is to develop the kids on and off the ice. Work ethic is a value that he wants to pass on to the kids. Everyone knows Karol for is in French quote "Gas au fond” or “Pedal to the medal”.
