An exciting prospect, Braxton Ross has a captivating style of play. Ross plays with incredible skill and control as he has a near flawless offensive style of play. Ross has a fantastic wrist shot that he uses to snipe past netminders very frequently. Ross’ shot is one of the best in the HEO, power, accuracy, and everything in between, Ross has an absolute rocket for a shot. Ross is a lethal weapon in the offensive zone as his superb skating skill allows him to glide by defenses on route to the net. Ross has potential in spades, but his overall game is not perfect. Ross tends to lean away from contact, whether that be fighting along the boards or in the corners, to making a physical play on a puck handler. If Ross wants to become a top prospect going into this year's OHL Draft he will need to become more comfortable with the physicality of the game and embrace it. Ross’ potential could skyrocket if he can improve this facet of his game as his goal scoring ability speaks for itself. Ross will look to continue dominating the stat sheet when the puck is at the end of his stick, and could find himself in a good position to be selected in this year's OHL Draft.
