A quick power forward, Carter Lowe is a player to watch for with and without the puck. Starting offensively, Carter Lowe is a wicked left wing who battles for pucks in deep consistently and usually ends up physically forcing opponents off the puck. From down low in the zone, Carter is a great passer who feeds the puck to an open player in the slot for an easy goal. Cater uses his strength to muster a hard shot as well and with a clear shooting lane can rip the puck home with ease. He’s a known shooter with a lethal shot both accurate and hard that hit’s the twine more often than not. Cater wins one on one battles with defenders frequently and uses his top speed and body to protect the puck and get by opponents. He has silky hands and seems to have the puck on a string at times. He forechecks hard and as a power forward does it aggressively but is responsible enough to hustle back and be a good back checker. His acceleration and first 3 stars are things he’s actively working on however his skating is not a negative by any means. In his own zone he covers the open man and plays a responsible game for a winger. As he continues to develop Carter Lowe looks to make an impact at the next level as a valuable power forward.
