A very smart prospect, A/P forward Ryan Sinnott prides himself on his excellent on ice vision and his ability to make plays at high speeds. What really makes Sinnott stand out from the crowd is his work ethic. He is a player who understands that he needs to put in all the work he can, and follows through with it, putting in as much work as he can to achieve success. Sinnott best compares to a Mitch Marner type of player, with great playmaking abilities and a very energetic personality. Sinnott uses this energy to help pump up his teammates, while also having a funnier side to him as well. As of now, Sinnott is working on his quickness. Despite being an extremely fast player, the quickness aspect more lies in his decisions. With that sorted out, Sinnott could become a lethally creative offensive force. With the 2022 OHL draft approaching, Sinnott could end up getting drafted somewhere around the mid to late rounds. Though he may not be at the highest end of the draft, Sinnott’s skillset could easily help him translate to the OHL level, utilizing his high work ethic to get him there. At the OHL level, Sinnott could utilize his speed to become a speedy winger, who can burn the opponent along the boards, while making creative plays to set his teammates up in the offensive zone. The future is bright for this young playmaker, and OHL teams should be lining up to grab him, as he could be a very important prospect to have in the system as time goes on.
