For only a middle schooler, Zaire Chase has got size and skill; both get used to his advantage on the field.

Chase is a quarterback for both his school and his club team. The young QB, who has been playing football since the age of five, has a great vision of the field. Much like his favorite player Russell Wilson, Chase understands the intricacies of being a quarterback and how important it is to be able to make accurate and complete passes, as well as move around efficiently in the pocket to buy some extra time.

Ladder work and running are a few of the ways Chase trains. Staying agile and sharp on his footwork is important to progressing in his development as a quarterback. The work Chase puts in while training has shown off during games and even earned awards for the way he plays. Chase is currently the top quarterback for his age group and in the top 25 QB’s in the nation.

Being a good student is one of Chase’s priorities. His family, and his future goals are a few of the things that motivate him to continue playing football. Chase would like to end up in the NFL one day, and his hope is to play college football on scholarship at the University of Alabama. He is driven to be the best everyday, play with high intensity and be a leader to his teammates which are all qualities that a talented quarterback should have.
