A literal monster of a player, Charles Hilton is the opposite of what one would expect from a player his size. Despite standing at an impressive 6’4, Hilton is actually more of a shifty, skill based player instead of a physical killing machine. Hilton brings with him a complete 200 foot game, with a highly accurate shot and amazing stick handling abilities. With him being higher skilled, Hilton is able to combine that skill with his size to make things very difficult against his opponents. Hilton is a very determined, motivated, and positive player, and is constantly trying to encourage his teammates to play to the best of their abilities. He compares himself to Brady Tkachuk, due to their shared ability to be impact players, who can step into any situation and make their teammates better. Hilton has been actively working on his first three strides over the course of the year, and is planning to continue working on it as he tries to reach the next level. Hilton is preparing hard for the 2022 OHL draft, and hopes that his work ethic will come up huge for next season. Hilton prides himself on this season, as over the course of the year he was continually improving. Expect to see Hilton in a couple years, where he could serve as a solid top 6 forward, who can use his size and skill to punish his opponents, and create space for his teammates.
