Texmo is a strong player on special teams, able to move the puck and find openings with the man advantage, as well as able to play hard on the forecheck and apply pressure on the puck while killing off penalties. Texmo has a strong mentality, doing whatever it takes to get the job done and win the contest. Texmo's competitiveness drives him to make big plays every shift, wanting to get as involved as possible every possession. Texmo has a great overall skill set on both sides of the puck, able to position himself well to stop the puck from getting to the net in the defensive end. As a defenceman, Texmo has an unusual ability to carve through the defence and create dangerous scoring opportunities as a result. His hands around the net are at a top-tier level and has no trouble deking out goaltenders before hitting the back of the net.
