Amongst the top players on the Colts roster, Noah Prokopec is one of the players who has really risen in the rankings since the second half of the season. Prokopec is more of a pass first player, and is able to see the ice very well, allowing him to hit his teammates with a good play for a scoring opportunity. Prokopec is also more of a physical player, and is known to use his size all around the ice, while also playing a big net front role, where he battles hard to get scrappy goals. Prokopec serves as more of a leader figure on and off the ice, and is always ready to come to the rink and push his teammates to be their very best. Prokopec has some tendencies that resemble that of Mitch Marner, and is working more on his defensive side of the game (such as breakouts and taking the guy in front), but his physicality makes the comparable a tad bit different. With the 2022 OHL draft coming up, Prokopec is excited about the prospect of joining an OHL team, and is ready to give it his all. Prokopec has prepared for this chance for a long time and has given up a lot to get him to where he is now. Prokopec could likely take a year or two to develop his game further, where he could be best suited as a complimentary piece up front, who is capable of creating space for his teammates, while also setting up a screen in front of the net, where he can then capitalize on rebounds for greasy goals.
