Left-handed winger, Jake Kasay, is a quiet player but will listen well and is an excellent, respectful teammate. Offensively, he has all the tools to be a great goal scorer. He has a rocket shot that he loves to display any chance he gets, while also making sure every shot is very accurate. Kasay is also an extremely explosive skater and is very good at changing his attacking angle at any given moment. He’s a good stick handler, however, he doesn’t pass very much. Along with this, Kasay is very prone to skating with his head down, but this is something that is being worked on. Regardless, Kasay is a very hard worker, and is always hard on the puck, whether he has it or not. OHL-wise, Kasay would probably remain as a winger and would develop into a fast skating sniper, being able to walk around defenders and rip a hard shot up close. As long as he can start playing more with his head up, which will most likely come with age, Kasay could develop into a very solid goal scorer for the club that selects him.
