Kian is a 6 foot 1 goalie who attends and plays for Pilot Mound Hockey Academy coached under Rod Collins. Kian is known for his confident and aggressive style as well as positional play. His accomplishment list is long: he’s won championships at Bell Capital Cup, Montreal Meltdown D1, and the North American Prospect Show Case NAPS in Buffalo to name a few. In terms of role models, Kian looks up to NHL goalie Carey Price of the Montreal Canadians. He’s inspired by Price’s both on the ice and off it - Kian sees his struggle with Price’s personal life as noble and respectable and hopes to be as brave as him. Outside of hockey, Kian has maintained good academic standing, staying on the honor roll last year.
